Please ensure you keep to the round deadlines, I must urge you to make every effort to keep to dead lines. One fixture not completed can hold up a host of other ties.
If you are struggling to play a fixture please contact me as soon as you are aware of an issue. If you are offering a range dates to opponents and they are not responding please copy me into the email communication you are passing to them. If teams are not agreeing a date after being given an ample range of dates we would have to consider the award of a walk over. (I would hate to have to do this)
I would ask home teams to be responsible for contacting opponents to arrange the game; If this is not done the fixture would have to be awarded to the away team.
If a cup game is drawn, extra time should be played, 7 minutes each way. If the deadlock is still not broken a replay may be arranged if the fixture can be fulfilled before the round deadline. If this is not possible penalties can be used to decide the outcome. If you want to ensure penalties are avoided do not play the game close to the deadline.
