Leave A1 at exit for Newcastle Racecourse/Marriott Hotel
Turn right at roundabout and drive past McDonalds' towards Racecourse
At small roundabout turn left
Travel a few hundred metres to next roundabout and take first left into Wideopen
Go straight across mini-roundabout
You will see football pitches and changing facilities on your right. This is Lockey Park.

3G astro, Burnside School, Wallsend

At Washington Services on the A1 you will need to move into the right lane
The road forks. Take the right split on to the A194(M), towards the Tyne Tunnel
After about 3 miles you come to a roundabout (Whitemare Pool) Turn right on to A184 and head towards the A19.
After a mile you will come to Testo's Roundabout. Take a left on to the A19.
Stay on this road and go throught the Tyne Tunnel (Toll is £1.20, payable on the north side)
Once you leave the tunnel keep left, taking the first exit at the roundabout (this is still the A19).
After half a mile exit the A19 (this is the first exit after you join it)
Turn left at the roundabout, heading into Howden
Stay on this road, and you will eventually go down a steep back.
As you come up the other side of this bank, Burnside school is on your right (blue building)

Go to Wetherby by either A58 or A1(M) A58 go to Wetherby. At Ramada Hotel turn left at roundabout onto A661
or
A1(M) leave at Tadcaster / Boston Spa junction.. Take first left at roundabout under A1(M). Take third exit at next roundabout onto new service road to Wetherby. At roundabout by Ramada Hotel take second exit onto A661. Go over bridge over river Wharf. Immediately over bridge take first left at mini roundabout. You will still be on A661. Go through town and shopping area. Take first left after shopping area into road sign posted to Linton Road. Drive about 500m and turn right into car park.

On foot leave car park and return to road. Cross over road and turn left. Then go down steps to the Ings. Steps are very steep.At bottom of steps follow concrete path and go over bridge. Pitches will be ahead on the left.

Wetherby Sports Association postcode is: LS22 5HA. Address: Club House, Boston Road, Wetherby, West Yorkshire.

However, car park is usually very busy on Saturday morning, so it is easier to park as detailed above.

Head south on M1 toward Exit 31 374 ft
2. At junction 31, take the A57 exit 0.2 mi
3. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A57/Aston Way heading to Sheffield
Continue to follow A57
Go through 4 roundabouts 3.8 mi
4. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto B6053/Eckington Way
Go through 3 roundabouts 1.7 mi
5. At Station Rd, take the 2nd exit onto B6058/Station Rd 0.8 mi
6. Turn right at A6135/High St 0.2 mi
7. Turn right at Westfield Crescent 0.1 mi
Continue to the end of Westfield Crescent
Turn left into the grounds and follow the gravel road down to the car park.
